Terms of service

All sales of consumable goods are final. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds for any reason once an order is placed.

Shipping: Once your order leaves our facility, delivery issues must be handled with the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage that occurs in transit or after delivery.

Responsibility After Pickup/Delivery: The client assumes responsibility for the condition of the product once it has left our possession.

Lost Package: If your package is lost in transit, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a lost mail or missing package request. We are not responsible for packages lost by the carrier. If you need assistance with the claims process, please reach out to us and we’re happy to provide any information you may need to complete your claim.

Returned to sender: Because our cookies are freshly baked and shipped within a strict freshness window, we are unable to re-ship any packages that are returned to us by the carrier for any reason. If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, delivery attempt failure, or carrier error, the customer must work directly with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue or file a claim if applicable. We ship orders exactly to the address provided at checkout and are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Summer Shipping Disclaimer:
During warmer months, cookies may arrive soft, warm, melted, or with shifted toppings/fillings due to transit temperatures. This is normal and does not affect the quality or safety of the product. We recommend refrigerating cookies upon arrival until firm. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the risk of heat-related cosmetic changes during shipping. Bake It By Angie is not responsible for melted, softened, or "deflated" cookies and cannot offer replacements or refunds for heat-related transit issues.

Allergens: Our products may contain or come into contact with dairy, wheat, eggs, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, and other allergens. While we follow standard sanitation practices, our products are made using shared equipment, and cross-contact is possible and cannot be completely eliminated.

Liability: By purchasing our products, you acknowledge the allergen risks described above and agree that Bake It By Angie is not liable for adverse reactions caused by known or potential cross-contact with allergens. Notification of allergies is encouraged but does not guarantee an allergen-free product.

Production Time: All cookies are baked fresh to order and shipped within 3-5 business days via the shipping method selected at checkout.

Acceptance of Terms: Orders placed through the website, by email, or by phone constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Photography: We reserve the right to photograph our products and use these images for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes.
