Shipping policy

At Bake It By Angie, every order is baked fresh and shipped within a carefully timed freshness window. Because our cookies are perishable and made to order, we follow strict shipping guidelines to ensure your cookies arrive as fresh as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are baked fresh and typically ship within 3 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

During large drops, holidays, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer due to high order volume.

Subscription boxes and special collections may ship on specific scheduled dates, which will be noted on the product page.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped through USPS or UPS, depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Typical delivery estimates:

• USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days

• UPS Ground: 1–4 business days

Please note that once a package leaves our bakery, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

Bake It By Angie cannot modify shipping addresses once an order has been processed or shipped.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned packages.

Returned Packages

Because our cookies are freshly baked and shipped within a strict freshness window, we are unable to re-ship any packages that are returned to us by the carrier for any reason.

If a package is returned due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete address

• Delivery attempt failure

• Refused delivery

• Carrier return to sender

The customer must work directly with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue or file a claim if applicable.

Returned packages cannot be re-shipped or refunded due to the perishable nature of our products.

Shipping Delays

Once your order is in the carrier’s possession, Bake It By Angie is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, UPS, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If your package experiences a delay or delivery issue, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows that your package was delivered, Bake It By Angie is not responsible for stolen or missing packages.

We recommend checking:

• Around your property

• With neighbors

• With your local post office or delivery driver

If the package cannot be located, you may need to file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Warm Weather Advisory

Our cookies are made with real ingredients and may soften during warm weather.

While this does not affect quality or safety, cookies may arrive softer than expected. Simply allow them to cool or refrigerate briefly to restore texture.
