How big are the cookies, and why are there different prices?

All of our cookies range from about 7-8 oz. When determining how we price our cookies, we consider the size of the cookie, the cost of the ingredients, and the time that goes into stuffing, baking, and decorating each and every cookie. Each cookie is made completely from scratch in our kitchen.

What does the whole "drop" thing mean?

Whenever a menu "sells out" it is replaced by an entirely new menu! We tend not to "repeat" specific cookie creations, unless they are highly requested.

Can I freeze my cookies?

Yes, cookies can be frozen in their original packaging for up to 6 months. Simply thaw at room temperature when ready to consume.

How long are your cookies good for?

Our cookies are individually wrapped and heat sealed, and will last at room temperature in their original packaging for up to 2 weeks. We recommend freezing your cookies if you don't plan to eat them right away. 

All About Shipping!

How soon will I get my cookies after I place my order?

Shipping orders are typically sent out within 5 business days within the time of the order being placed. This may vary. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order is shipped. Orders typically arrive in 1-3 business days, via priority mail from the time that your order is shipped. Shipping times are solely an estimate, and not a guarantee. If you are wanting your cookies to arrive by a certain date, please reach out. If you need special accommodations, feel free to reach out.

What if my cookies arrived damaged?

We are not responsible for HOW cookies arrive to you. Once your cookies are in the hands of our distributers, we have no control over what happens to your package. Please keep this in mind when placing your order. All packages are sent out perfectly in tact, with insulated packaging to keep the cookies cool during these hot summer months. We do not accept returns, refunds, and/or cancellations. We also do not replace lost or damaged items. If your order was lost or damaged during shipping, please contact your local carrier to file a claim.

Do you ship anywhere?

You are able to order for local pickup/delivery in Clarksville OR WOLDWIDE shipping. All orders will be placed through the "Shop Cookies" or "Shop Merch" pages on our site (yep, even local orders!)

My cookies are lost! Help!

When placing your orders - triple check your shipping address! We are not responsible for any lost packages. If your cookies are sent back to us for "insufficient address input" you will have to pay shipping again. If the package is sent back to us in poor condition, we will NOT be able to reship your cookies. Please contact the distributer for any and all shipping questions. 

What if my cookies arrive when I am not home?

Please keep an eye out for your package! It’s not advised to leave your cookies in the sun, rain, etc. for long periods of time! You will want to make arrangements for your cookies to be brought indoors or into room temperature asap.

My cookies arrived slightly melted, what do I do? 

Softening of cookies and toppings may occur during these hot summer months. Place in the freezer just until firm. Cookies will be just as yummy, even if slightly melted!

Local Pick Up Info!

I selected Local Pickup at checkout. Now what?

We offer local pickup in Clarksville, TN. You will receive an email/text whenever your order is ready for pickup. Typically within 5 business days.

Where is the local pickup location?

Pickup is at 400 Athena Drive Clarksville, TN 37042, just off of Fort Campbell BLVD. 

This never happens... but I forgot to pick up my cookies! What do I do?

If the customer fails to pickup their order - cookies will be held for 2-3 business days. After that, cookies will be discarded. We do not offer a "re-bake" or refund for orders that were failed to be picked up. Please communicate with us, if need be.
