How big are the cookies, and why are there different prices?
All of our stuffed cookies range from about 7-8 oz. When determining how we price our cookies, we consider the size of the cookie, the cost of the ingredients, and the time that goes into stuffing, baking, and decorating each and every cookie. Each cookie is made completely from scratch in our kitchen.
What does the whole "drop" thing mean?
Whenever a menu "sells out" it is replaced by an entirely new menu! We tend not to "repeat" specific cookie creations, unless they are highly requested.

Can I freeze my cookies?
Yes, cookies can be frozen in their original packaging for up to 6 months. Simply thaw at room temperature when ready to consume.
How long are your cookies good for?
Our cookies are individually wrapped and heat sealed, and will last at room temperature in their original packaging for 2 weeks. We recommend freezing your cookies if you don't plan to eat them right away.
Do your cookies contain allergens?
At Bake It By Angie, we use a variety of ingredients in our cookies, including:
- Wheat
- Eggs
- Milk
- Soy
- Tree Nuts
- Peanuts
Because of this, we are not an allergy-free company. Customers with food allergies should be aware that our cookies are made in an environment where these allergens are present.

Do you have nutrition info for the stuffed cookies?
Our stuffed cookies are over-the-top treats with unique fillings and mix-ins, so we don’t calculate full nutrition info for them. If you’re looking for macros, we only provide detailed nutrition facts for our protein cookie line since those are specifically formulated with macros in mind.

How does the Cookie Club work?
Each month, you’ll receive a curated box of exclusive cookie flavors that are not yet released to the public. It’s our way of giving members first access to new creations before anyone else!

When will I be charged and receive my cookies?
We are working toward a consistent schedule:

• Charged: around the 21st
• Ships: around the 23rd
• Delivers: on or around the 1st of the month
Protein Cookie Club
• Charged: around the 3rd
• Ships: within about a week
• Drop: around the 15th

When does my subscription start?
Your first box is tied to our production schedule. If you sign up after the cutoff date, your first box will be the following month.
Are the monthly drops the same as Cookie Club flavors?
Yes — your Cookie Club box includes one of each flavor from the upcoming monthly drop, giving you early access before they’re released to the public.
However, these are different from Secret Menu items, mini drops, or limited edition series, which are separate from the monthly drop flavors.
Can I choose my flavors?
At this time, flavor customization is not available. Each box is designed to be a surprise experience with a curated set of flavors.
If you have allergies or strong preferences, the club may not be the best fit right now — but we hope to offer customization in the future!
Can I skip or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions require a 3-month minimum commitment due to the discounted pricing and free shipping included.
After that, you’re able to manage or cancel your subscription.
You can skip a delivery any time.
Is shipping included?
Yes! Shipping is included in your monthly subscription box.
Please note: this only applies to the subscription order — any additional purchases will have standard shipping rates.

What are "staple" flavors?
Our staple flavors? Think of them as the all-stars of our protein cookie lineup—four flavors that stick around longer before we switch things up. Snag them individually or as the full squad in our Flex Pack!
When do you "drop" new protein flavors?
We release new protein cookie flavors during our big drops, which usually happen once a month. Keep an eye on our social media and email list for exact dates!
My favorite flavor is sold out! When is it coming back?
We launch a whole new menu with each drop, but sometimes we bring back fan-favorite flavors as limited-edition small batch releases or surprise restocks. Keep an eye on our social media and sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when they make a comeback!
All About Shipping
How soon will I get my cookies after I place my order?
Shipping orders are typically sent out within 5 business days within the time of the order being placed. This may vary. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order is shipped. Orders typically arrive in 1-3 business days, via priority mail (within the US) from the time that your order is shipped. Shipping times are solely an estimate, and not a guarantee.
What if my cookies arrived damaged?
We are not responsible for HOW cookies arrive to you. Once your cookies are in the hands of our distributers, we have no control over what happens to your package. Please keep this in mind when placing your order. All packages are sent out perfectly in tact, with insulated packaging to keep the cookies cool during these hot summer months. We do not accept returns, refunds, and/or cancellations. We also do not replace lost or damaged items. If your order was lost or damaged during shipping, please contact your local carrier to file a claim.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes—we do offer international shipping to select countries!
Shipping rates and availability are calculated at checkout based on your location. Just enter your address at checkout and it will show you all available options.

My cookies are lost! Help!
If your package is lost in transit, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a lost mail or missing package request. We are not responsible for packages lost by the carrier.
If you need assistance with the claims process, please reach out to us and we’re happy to provide any information you may need to complete your claim.
My tracking says my cookies were returned to the sender. Now what??
Because our cookies are freshly baked and shipped within a strict freshness window, we are unable to re-ship any packages that are returned to us by the carrier for any reason.
If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, delivery attempt failure, or carrier error, the customer must work directly with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue or file a claim if applicable.
We ship orders exactly to the address provided at checkout and are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses.
What if my cookies arrive when I am not home?
Please keep an eye out for your package! It’s not advised to leave your cookies in the sun, rain, etc. for long periods of time! You will want to make arrangements for your cookies to be brought indoors or into room temperature asap.
My cookies arrived slightly melted, what do I do?
During warmer months, cookies may arrive soft, melted, warm, or with shifted toppings and fillings due to transit temperatures. These cosmetic changes do not affect the quality, freshness, or safety of the product. We recommend refrigerating or freezing your cookies upon arrival until firm.
Do you offer refunds or replacements for melted cookies?
No. By placing an order during warm-weather months, you acknowledge and accept the risk of heat-related changes during shipping. Because these changes are cosmetic and do not affect product quality, we do not offer refunds, replacements, or credits for melting, softening, or "deflated" cookies caused by transit temperatures.

I selected Local Pickup at checkout. Now what?
We offer local pickup in Clarksville, TN. You will receive an email/text whenever your order is ready for pickup. Typically within 5 business days.

This never happens... but I forgot to pick up my cookies! What do I do?
If the customer fails to pickup their order - cookies will be held for 2-3 business days. After that, cookies will be discarded. We do not offer a "re-bake" or refund for orders that were failed to be picked up. Please communicate with us, if need be.
